Texas Best is a directory of home service businesses in Texas. Listings may include information gathered from public sources or submitted by business owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, and we do not endorse, warrant, or vouch for any business listed on the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to browse listings and contact businesses directly. You agree not to misuse the Site, including scraping, submitting false claim requests, or attempting to disrupt the Site's normal operation.

Claiming a listing

Business owners may request to claim their listing. We may verify claim requests before granting access, and we may deny or revoke a claim at our discretion.

No warranty

The Site and its listings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Any transaction or communication between you and a business listed on the Site is solely between you and that business.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
